If you want to "get to the airport or the Mall of America quickly and by shuttle" this chain link is a good choice and "fairly easy to get to if you're not familiar with the area"; fans like the "friendly" front desk staff that "quickly checks in customers", the "fluffy pillows", the "fantastic", "warm pool" and the exercise room "open until midnight", but less praise goes to the on-site food.

The location to the airport was awesome, they have airport shuttle service.
No Pepsi in the snack shop, coke products only.
This hotel had a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Everyone was very nice. The people in the lounge were great and very good service.

Food in restaurant was not best, not worse, just average.
Friendly staff; directions for purchasing movies a bit confusing; was Christmas, so was obviously short staffed, I am handicapped and no one available to help me brush off my vehicle; otherwise for my low Priceline bid, not upset at all; if I was a regular paying customer would be a bit upset; I always use Priceline and am NEVER disappointed in hotel or, most importantly, the value of my money - Thanks Priceline! ...read more
